Credit packs are non-refundable unless required by law. Credit usage depends on the render engine and settings you choose.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. Unless you opt in to share, your images remain local to your device.

6. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party providers (for example, rendering and payments). Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Enhance is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
